“Our very own Will Shakespeare, is torn in two, trying to prevent being quartered, in addition to hanging and drawing. Managing the conflict is the nub of the show. This is a new play, written by Robert Cohen, who also skilfully plays the Bard in this production, directed by Ian Flintoff.” Daily Info, Oxford, April 2010

BIG TIME 2012 - from 21 April - all together now!

From Saturday 21 April 2012  The Brighton Branch of Equity will be performing a revised version of, "A Midsummer Night's Madness". They write: "We will be performing at the Unitarian Chapel, New Road, Brighton on April 21st, 22nd and 23rd at 7.30pm. We are also thinking of making one performance a charity event for the Equity Benevolent Fund." "A panoply of Shakespeare characters is on view, and not just characters from The Dream - we see Malvolio, hear his famous lines, and reading an appropriate sonnet; we see Sarah Siddons preparing for the sleep-walking scene in Macbeth; and also the world's worst ever Hamlet in an alternative ending by J.M.Barrie." Don't miss it! (Contact: Mjka-Anne Scott at Brighton Equity)

One o'Clock - Saturday 21 April: Fluellen Theatre Company will be performing its popular review, "Happy Birthday Mr Shakespeare" at the Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea, 1.00pm Saturday, 21st April. It is a revue that looks at his life and works in a serious (and sometimes, not too serious) way. The Dylan Thomas Centre`s address is Somerset Place, Swansea SA1 1RR.
